Tasting notes: Deep purple ruby colour, with intense flavor aromas of black fruits and spices, such as cherries, blackberries, blueberries, black current, green and black peppers. Accompanies well grilled red meat, mediteranean cuisine with cooked red meat. spicy foods and blue cheeses like Roquefort.
